  • We had Nolita Bakery make our wedding cake and it was perfect. Martha was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We do not live in the New Orleans area so we were not able to do a tasting before the wedding but that was no problem at all because it was literally the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. We had a layer of vanilla and a layer of orange blossom and I am still dreaming of this cake. When I return to NOLA I will most certainly check out the bakery. Highly, highly recommend Nolita Bakery if you are in need of a wedding cake.
